    BCP will launch a takeover to GM.

    Lisbon - A source from Banco Comercial Português (BCP) said yesterday that Banco Comercial Português will launch a takeover to General Motors Corp.
    Banco Comercial Português (BCP), will notifie next friday the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it was willing to waive the condition of a 75% minimum acceptance level to which its public offer for the acquisition of General Motors Corp shares was subject, taking into consideration that the response received will be sufficient to develop the business project pursued through the takeover bid.
    Banco Comercial Português (BCP) will launch a takeover bid for General Motors Corp with the payment of $37.65 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer, this initial offer could reach the limit of price of $38.10 USD for each share of the company.

            Não tarda vem o Socrates dizer que afinal a SEAT fez uma OPA ao BCP para depois adquirir a GM....

            Com alguma sorte, amanhã o Correio da Manhã tem uma noticia de fonte extremamente credivel(esta parte é muito importante) em que a Rover vai lançar uma contra OPA à GM :D :D :D

                    Porra pah! Tu não percebes nada! Não foi a SEAT! Foi a UMM.
                    Eu até já ouvi dizer que a "Sado" quer comprar a VW, para relançar os belos e "puros" Bugattis! :D

                    E não esquecer que o Ti Belmiro está ponderar fazer uma OPA à Toyota, afinal precisa de incrementar a fiabilidade no seu serviço de atendimento da Clix.

                              Eu ainda não tranquei porque acredito que isto tenha uma fonte... se há alguem que crie um post em ingles com informação do BCP e da GM só para receber umas piadas... deve estar com falta de alguma coisa... e não é fome!

                                    chego a triste conclusão que esta noticia foi inventada para o forum!

                                    Desta forma não me resta nenhuma hipotese senão fechar isto.
