Eu não gosto deste restyling. Ficou demasiado parecido com o Insignia e Octavia.

Está banal. E é estranho porque o C nunca teve qualquer restyling durante toda a sua história. Aliás a Mercedes não é marca de restylings, de todo!

vi há pouco ao longe um Mercedes C berlina com luzes de led na frente e com matrícula xx-JZ-xx, ou seja devia ser de Novembro.
é possível que já tivesse leds ou seria um tuning manhoso?

The dynamic, masculine appearance of the C-Class Saloon is given even more sportiness and char-

In a nutshell
The driving assistance system ATTENTION ASSIST
(ELEGANCE/AVANTGARDE), a standard feature and
unique in the segment, can warn the driver when typical
signs of drowsiness are detected, and so enhances driving
safety.

Customer benefit
ATTENTION ASSIST has the following benefits:
• Alerts the driver when signs of drowsiness or
inattentiveness are detected
• Helps to prevent accidents
• Reduces the risk of momentary nodding off by providing
a warning beforehand

Function
ATTENTION ASSIST continuously analyses vehicle
behaviour and steering movements. If the system detects
certain steering patterns that frequently accompany
drowsiness, it warns the driver visually, via the instrument
cluster, and acoustically. ATTENTION ASSIST can be
activated and deactivated in the main menu of the
instrument cluster under “Assistance systems”. When
switched on it is active at speeds between 80 and 180 km/h.

ATTENTION ASSIST has the following functions:
• A sensor measures the steering wheel position with an
accuracy of 0.1°
• The steering behaviour of the driver is analysed for
characteristic steering movements
• In interaction with additional sensors, signs of driver
drowsiness and lapses of concentration are detected

DISTRONIC PLUS (AVANTGARDE), is an autonomous,
intelligent cruise control system which expands the
functionality of the conventional cruise control system with a
variable speed limiter by the addition of an automatic control

PRE-SAFE® Brake
The PRE-SAFE® Brake helps the driver avoid running into
the rear of the vehicle ahead when driving in the speed
range from 30 to 180 km/h. If the system identifies that
there is a risk of a collision, it initially provides visual and
audible warnings. If necessary, it can trigger partial braking
automatically. The PRE-SAFE® Brake utilises the radar sen-
sors on the DISTRONIC PLUS proximity control.

Active Blind Spot Assist > 55 - 30527
The Active Blind Spot Assist is an active safety function
which can help with warnings and selective brake actuation
to avoid side collisions with other vehicles in a vehicle’s
blind spot.
The customer benefits of the Active Blind Spot Assist are:

• Enhances safety since many accidents happen because
of failure to detect a vehicle in the blind spot

Active Lane Keeping Assist > 55 - 30528
The Active Lane Keeping Assist can recognise by means of
a camera when a vehicle crosses clear lane markings, warn
the driver that he or she is about to leave the lane uninten-
tionally, and if the driver fails to react, try to guide the vehi-
cle back into the lane by selective brake actuation.

Está errado, só para lhe dar 2 exemplos o 190 (W201) antecessor do "C" tambem teve um restyling, outro o 200 (W124) este por sua vez "só teve 2" é só uma questão de procurar um pouco que encontrará muitos mais restylings efectuados na Mercedes.

Falso. A Mercedes nunca fez restylings. Isso são pequenas actualizações como a mudança da cor dos piscas e coisas mínimas. Nunca a Mercedes alterou os moldes dos faróis ou outros pormenores relevantes nos seus modelos.

Não é porque os moldes de partes relevantes não são alterados. Isso é uma actualização.
Nesse caso só têm o para choques ligeiramente diferente.
Num mesmo modelo existem vários para choques diferentes conforme o nível de equipamento.

Talvez esteja, mas como é que o W201 "190" aparece em 1990 com plásticos laterais se até ai não os tinha ligeira modificação nos párachoques


W124 "200" a partir de 1990 aparece com madeiras no tablier e portas plásticos laterais e em junho de 1993 ai já se torna mais evidente a grelha frontal, piscas tampa da mala, isto o que está mais visivel



Já agora um outro exemplo "W210" será que são iguais as frentes anterior e pós 1999 ou têm diferenças subtis como os piscas laterais (isto só o que é mais evidente)

Mas quando se fala na parte estética é so para mostrar o evidente porque muitas das vezes o que é alterado mais profundamente nem é visto pelo utilizador, por isso é que mudam "só" o para choques o resto que é o mais importante nem está assim tão visivel só quem procura as alterações mais ao pormenor as consegue identificar (como por exemplo nos modelos 220d dos anos 90 uns traziam bombas LUCAS e outros BOSCH )

Na verdade até que são.

Restyling, na sua tradução "mascarrada", redesenho, diz tudo.

Os Restylings além de contarem com uma revisão da mecânica e alguns pontos da carroçaria e/ou interiores, ataca também a estética de forma a "actualizar" ou tirar o PDI (peso da idade) de alguns veículos.

Agora o que anda na moda e se calhar é o que estás a fazer confusão, são os "Mega restylings" em que vês um produto "novo", ams que afinal não é mais que o antigo com outra roupa e revisões mecânicas.
