Mas não é pré-fabricada! É construída! Só que, em vez de ser construção em cimento, é construção em madeira. Em segundo lugar, a empresa foi burlada por alguém que se fez passar por este senhor e lhes vendeu os terrenos (tendo, depois, fugido para a África do Sul).

Por útlimo, o uso capião tem muito que se lhe diga mesmo em Portugal. Quanto eu conheço que ficaram sem ter onde morar porque tentaram um processo de uso capião ao fim de 25 anos de usufruto do espaço, mesmo sem pagamento de rendas.
