Introducing the BUGATTI W16 MISTRAL: the ultimate roadster and the final roadgoing appearance of the W16 quad-turbo engine.

The next chapter in BUGATTI’s open-top story begins. Being the last model with our legendary W16 powertrain, this roadster had to be exceptional. Thus, we selected as the source of inspiration the Type 57 Grand Raid – a rare and extremely sporty roadster version created for long rallies with a v-shaped windscreen and two aerodynamic bulges at the rear resembling the contours of an aircraft.

Named after the energetic wind that blows from the Rhône River valley in Southern France, the W16 MISTRAL will deliver 1,600 PS. It is a pure roadster with no hard top to provide the ultimate BUGATTI experience. All 99 production slots of the W16 MISTRAL have already been assigned for.

A one-of-a-kind member of the Chiron line-up envisioned as a less radical interpretation of the Pur Sport, it is unique in character, in design and in its details.

With all build slots for the Chiron spoken for, the auction of the Profilée in Paris on 1 February 2023 is the sole opportunity to acquire one of the final W16-powered Bugatti creations directly from the Molsheim Atelier.

Since 2016, the Bugatti Chiron has remained an incomparable icon of hyper sports car performance. Limited to just 500 units, the final Chiron has now been hand-assembled by the craftspeople in Molsheim; a vibrant piece of bespoke art known as ‘L’Ultime’. This final farewell to Chiron marks the closing of an extraordinary era of performance that saw it become the first 1,500 PS roadgoing car as well as the first production car to surpass 300 mph. And just as it entered the world with spectacular elegance and power, so too does its production end, on the cusp of an all-new Bugatti era.
