E fiquei a saber da data em que se passou:

On September 11, 1997 while Art had planned an exciting evening of taking calls from Area 51 employees, little did he know that the cosmos had more instore that night. Midway through the program, during a pretty interesting call, the radio program abruptly went off the air. First it was thought that the content of the callers message, may have caused some powers that be, to pull the plug! But as you are soon to find out, it was the GE Americom satellite going out of "Earth Lock."

Lá porque são vendidas cassetes com o show isso quer dizer que aquela chamada era combinada? Se realmente foi então aquele homem merecia um oscar para melhor actor da maneira como falou.
Caso não saibam a estação ficou sem ligação satelite naquele preciso momento e as pessoas da zona ficaram sem radio e telefone durante 30 minutos. Claro que tudo isto (coisa simples sabotar um satelite) foi feito pelo tal Art para vender cassetes...
E depois passado 8 meses o tal homem liga novamente para a estação a desmentir tudo e que foi uma brincadeira. Se foi uma brincadeira porque esperar 8 meses para desmentir tudo?
Não sei bem o que pensar disto mas que é muito estranho e arrepiante é...
