Topico dos Crash-Tests ⚠️Euroncap -2 Setembro 2026

Um bocado exagerado, porventura, mas ok. [:D]

https://www.aquelamaquina.pt/efemerides/detalhe/hoje-ha-19-anos-o-ultimo-rover-100.html

Segundo a wikipedia em termos de segurança passiva, o restyling de 1995 do Rover 100 incluia

"The only safety efforts came in the form of an optional drivers airbag, an alarm, a passive engine immobiliser, a removable radio keypad, central locking and side intrusion beams."

" End of the line

In 1997, the Rover 100 gave a poor performance in Euro NCAP crash tests[SUP][22][/SUP] (despite the improved safety features, including side impact bars in the doors and an optional driver's airbag, the 1970s design was showing its age) – it was at the time the only car tested to receive a one-star Adult Occupant Rating. Other small cars tested at the same time received two or three stars out of five. The passenger compartment was subjected to severe structural damage in the frontal-offset test and results showed a high risk of injury to all body regions for the driver. Meanwhile, the side impact test also showed high injury risks.

The Rover 100's dismal safety showing was not its only problem by 1997. It was fast falling behind the best cars in its sector when it came to design, build quality, refinement and specification, although it remained strong in terms of fuel economy and affordability. Unlike the Ford Fiesta, Volkswagen Polo and Vauxhall Corsa, the Rover 100 could still provide sub-£7,000 motoring.[SUP][citation needed][/SUP]

This ANCAP safety rating for the JAC Hunter is based on testing of the closely related JAC T9, conducted in 2024. Additional frontal offset (MPDB) and oblique pole tests were performed on the JAC Hunter in order to confirm integrity of the battery and safety of high voltage electrical systems in PHEV variants.

Small overlap front

The small overlap front evaluation consists of a driver-side and a passenger-side component. If the results of the two evaluations differ, then the combined small overlap rating is equal to the lower rating. Driver-side

Tested vehicle: 2026 Nissan Leaf SV+ EV 4-door
Rating applies to 2026 models

The Nissan Leaf was redesigned for the 2026 model year. Driver-side small overlap frontal ratings are assigned by the Institute based on a test of a 2026 Leaf conducted by Nissan.

The rear passenger dummy's head came close to contacting the front seatback, which increases the risk of head injuries.
Rear passenger dummy injury values indicate a moderate risk of injury to the head or neck and chest. During the crash, the shoulder belt remained in an ideal position on the dummy’s chest.

Pelas últimas notícias do Ancap o Skoda Octavia sofreu, algum tipo de restyling que levou o Ancap a restestá-lo. Como de costume não consegui saber que tipo de restyling foi, pois o novo site do Euroncap está uma bela porcaria

The Skoda Octavia was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in April 2021. Updates were introduced for vehicles built from July 2025 on sale from March 2026, and this ANCAP safety rating applies to all vehicles built from July 2025 and on sale from March 2026 (sedan VIN TMBBV0NX0TM****** onwards and wagon VIN TMBKV0NX6TY****** onwards).

Finally, the Skoda Octavia retained its five-star rating following a reassessment of vehicles built from July 2025. It scored 85 per cent for Adult Occupancy Protection, 81 per cent for Child Occupancy Protection and Vulnerable Road User Protection and 82 per cent for Safety Assist.

Penso que seja por causa disto

"The Skoda Octavia (Nov 2024–onwards) holds a 5-star ANCAP safety rating, re-confirmed for models built from July 2025. It achieved 85% for adult occupant protection and 81% for child occupant protection, based on Euro NCAP testing. The rating applies to hatchback and wagon variants, featuring standard autonomous emergency braking (AEB), lane support, and a center airbag. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]"

Ancap tesla Model Y 2026 6 lugares crash test
https://www.ancap.com.au/safety-ratings/tesla/model-y-l/eaecda

The six-seat, three-row Tesla Model Y L has been awarded five stars, carrying through strong results in Safety Assist and Adult Occupant Protection. The rating is based on testing of the related five-seat Model Y, with additional testing and assessments undertaken to make sure results were applicable to the longer-wheelbase variant. Difficulties were identified with child restraint installation in second row seating positions, where many restraints could not be correctly installed due to limitations with top tether routing. In the third row, rearward-facing and forward-facing convertible child restraints could not be easily installed using the ISOFix anchorages. As a result, care should be taken when selecting and installing child restraints in these positions.

The Tesla Model Y L was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in March 2026.

A) This ANCAP safety rating for the six seat, three row Tesla Model Y L is based on testing of the closely-related five seat, two row Tesla Model Y. ANCAP was provided with technical information to show that the test results of the Tesla Model Y are also applicable to the Tesla Model Y L.

Separate safety ratings are available for five seat, two row Tesla Model Y variants.

B) Difficulties were identified with child restraint installation in second row seating positions, where many restraints could not be correctly installed due to limitations with top tether routing.

C) In the third row, rearward-facing and forward-facing convertible child restraints could not be easily installed using the ISOFix anchorages.

As a result, care should be taken when selecting and installing child restraints in these positions.

[TD]LEUVEN, BELGIUM – Euro NCAP is encouraging all MG3 owners affected by a safety recall to arrange a free repair with their local MG dealer as soon as possible.

The recall follows independent crash testing carried out by Euro NCAP last year, during which the MG3 experienced front a seat rail failure in a frontal crash test. The issue allowed the driver’s seat to become unlatched during the impact.[/TD]

The new Duster delivered an impressive performance in both adult and child occupant protection categories:

Adult Occupant Protection: 30.49/32

Child Occupant Protection: 45/49

These scores place the Duster among the safer SUVs in its segment.
