Golf VI
Golf VII
E agora o Ceed MK2 Lançado antes do GolfVII

Kia has officially revealed the GT versions of the cee'd and pro_cee'd ahead of their Geneva arrival programmed for tomorrow. Both cars share the same 1.6-liter GDi turbo engine producing 204 HP (150 kW) and 265 Nm (195 lb-ft) of torque. They have a fuel consumption of 7.4 liters / 100 km (31.7 mpg US or 38.1 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 171 g/km.
Linked to a six-speed manual transmission, the cars will do 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 7.7 seconds before reaching a top speed of 230 km/h (143 mph). 60-100 km/h (37-62 mph) in fourth gear takes 5.4 seconds, while 80-120 km/h (50-74 mph) in fifth gear takes 7.3 seconds. They need 8.8 seconds in sixth gear from 80 km/h (50 mph) to 120 km/h (74 mph).
The 2013 Kia cee'd GT and pro_cee'd GT are fitted with an aggressive body kit with deeper bumpers, revised front grilles, lamp clusters, four-point LED daytime running lights, dual exhaust pipes, red calipers and 18-inch alloys. Inside they have Recaro seats, alloy pedals, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster and different surface materials.
Kia is launching a 1st Edition of the pro_cee'd GT limited to 500 cars which will feature several bespoke interior and exterior styling tweaks. Other goodies include automatic air conditioning, adaptive xenon headlights, sat-nav and sunroof. More details are available in the press release section. Source: Kia

Another looker from Kia. This time, it's the three-door version of the second-generation Cee'd, the Procee'd.
This sleek new hatchback shares all its dimensions with the five-door save for its height, with the Procee'd coming in 40mm lower. The body is new from the A-pillars back, but underneath the Cee'd and Procee'd are pretty much identical.
Kia is positioning the Procee'd higher than the Cee'd, with its own bespoke trim levels (S and SE). Two of the more potent 1.6-litre engines are offered from the Cee'd to reflect the more premium positioning: a 133bhp petrol unit and a 126bhp diesel. A six-speed manual gearbox is standard, with a six-speed dual-clutch auto optional on the petrol.
What is it like?
Predictably, much like the Cee'd in the way it drives. So that means thoroughly competent without ever being exciting.
We tested the petrol model. It's quite an easy-going engine – quiet enough at low revs – but soon runs out of puff when pushed. Kia's first sporting hatch, the Procee'd GT, follows in the summer, and will look to address this.
The six-speed manual gearbox is slick, and is nicely matched to the engine. It's the transmission to go for over the dual-clutch auto – although the two-pedal option works well, it makes the car slower from 0-62mph, is less economical and produces more CO2 emissions.
The Procee'd rides nicely. It's generally comfortable, if lacking in overall finesse. It's much the same with the handling; the Procee'd will go where you point it but that final level of polish and reward is lacking. The steering could also do with more feel being tuned into it at the expense of lightness.
Should I buy one?
Three-door family hatchbacks don't get much sharper-looking than the Procee'd, although they do get more exciting to drive. There's certainly nothing offensive about it, so if you're sold on the looks then there isn't a deal-breaker contained within its dynamic portfolio, and equipment levels are generous even in the base S model.
As it stands, the Procee'd is a good car but not a class leader. We hope the Procee'd GT can add that final level of performance and finesse to push it closer towards the likes of the Ford Focus and Volkswagen Golf and give the car that extra level of dynaic sparkle that the looks deserve.
