a respeito da Ferrari. vejam lá o que estes gajos inventam para justificar o 4x4.
"Currently, a sporty, high performance car presents rear wheel drive and is provided with a self-locking differential aiming at maximising motive torque transmitted by the rear wheels to the road surface in all conditions," say Ferrari. 1º - Deves andar muito desatento para nunca ter percebido que a Volvo sempre teve RWD.
2º - Caso tb ainda não tenhas reparado, a Volvo foi integrada na Ford há uns anos, pelo que as plataformas em que os novos modelos se baseiam são de origem Ford, e na sua maioria, FWD. Ainda achas que não se trata de uma questão de redução de custos?[|)]

These vehicles are at a disadvantage in winter conditions because the bulk of the weight in a vehicle is the engine, meaning the rear of the vehicle is less secure on the road and more prone to slide. It is best to keep some kind of weight in the back of your vehicle, such as sand weights made specifically for this purpose or other heavy items like cinder blocks. Having a full tank of petrol will make a difference as well, as the tank is usually situated between the rear wheels. Although it doesn't provide a great amount of excess weight it might also be prudent to keep a bag of cat litter or road salt in the back, if you become stuck you can use the contents to provide some traction.

Front-wheel drive (FWD) is infinitely better in bad conditions because the driving force is applied to the front wheels where the weight is, improving your manoeuvrability and stopping ability. This doesn't mean you will never lose control of a front-wheel drive car, it means your chances of losing control are significantly less if you are driving responsibly.

Normalmente até têm uma distribuição bem mais equilibrada que os FWD![|)]

o chassi é que tem distribuição óptima (50:50 nos BMW), não é peso do carro em si!

Tu realmente nao gostas de ver as coisas como elas são!
Já antes da ferrari pensar em AWD já a Porsche tinha AWD há muito tempo. Vais dizer-me que só agora começou a chover em Itália e é por isso que eles sentiram essa necessidade?

E o que é que isso significa? Nao será que tem o peso total do carro dividido em igual parte por ambos os eixos?
